Directions:
Pour 6 to 8 ounces of your favorite beverage, like orange juice or coffee
into a glass or cup (not recommended for carbonated beverages). Add 1
scoop (enclosed) Knox NutraJoint Plus Glucosamine. Stir until dissolved.
Prepare one serving at a time just before drinking. Take once a day. You
may start to notice results in as little as 3 months.†
